Report for users not logged-in to OKTA from 3 months
Hello,

We have many external contractors in OKTA and AD. We would like to extract report for users who have not logged since 3 months. This will help us evaluating if external users should be removed.

Can you please suggest if there is any reporting feature available.

Thanks,

Parth

    Hello Parth,

Yes you can run a report from the reports tab, set the date range and export to a .csv file and sort on the zero logins.

    Hello JIm,

Yeah. That should work. But can we schedule the report( 0 logins from 3 months) and we get it e-mailed to the respective team?

You can also leverage Automations - which allows you to deactivate users have x amount of days of inactivity.
