    We do have SAML integration with Google, so your users will need to login to their Google for Work account that has access to the Campaign Manager

    Hello Joe,

     

    Thanks for the reply! I suppose I would like to know how your DCM and DBM users are being managed. Without having any direct experience with this software, are you assigning them a lincense to a personal Google account, or do you have administrative access to manage their accounts? Have you also tried to configure the login to this app using one of our templates in your Okta admin console?

    Hi, Sorry for the delay. I thought this was closed, but this just came up again. 

     

    These are all personal google accounts set up thorugh our domain. We do not have a comapny wide account.  These users are not managed, but we do track access through a portal.

     

    The templates do not work as they have the delayed sign up (enter Username...click...Enter Password...Sign In).
