Hi,
We setup a new branding, setup a new domain and custom email to be use by another application. We were advised to setup a new authentication server api using the new domain setup in branding. The application is using the new issuer but for some reason the application is pulling the email from the default branding.
Any idea what we have missed?

I've brought your question to the attention of our colleagues. Unfortunately, the cause of the issue isn't evident. I would advise you to open a ticket with support so one of our engineers could take a closer look at the org's configuration.
Opening a support case is a feature available to paid accounts. If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line (Customer Support Account ID number required). If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
