How to create an Attribute with a NameFormat of urn:oid:2.5.4.4?
I am converting an application from ADFS to Okta where the SP is Shibboleth.  The SP requires the attribute to have a NameFormat in the form of urn:oid:n.n.n.n where the n.n.n.n is a string that is hardcoded in the application.  I assume I need to use the expression language to override what is normally created but haven't figured out the steps.  Does anyone have an example?

We figured this out.  The urn:oid:2.5.4.4 is actually the name of the attribute, the name format was a basic uri nameformat.  In correct documentation was the cause of the confusion.
