  • Yes, it is possible! From your Okta dasbhoard and logged in as an administrator, please access Directory - People and click on Reset Password. You will be prompted to choose accounts  for password reset:

    0EM0Z000000FMrxAlso if you AD users and Delegated Authentication turned on, the Okta password will be the password set in AD.

    I have just asked the same question and have been told it is not a supported function via the GUI. I am actually shocked that this is the case and cannot believe it has never been developed.

     

    I will add this URL to my Case Number. Its crazy.
