I'm on Windows 10, Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit), and after setting up the Zoho CRM plugin in my Okta, installing the plugin, and restarting my browser, I still get:
Important: 1 of your apps require the Okta browser plugin
Zoho CRM seems to launch fine, but I can't get that error to go away which makes rolling this out to a larger audience problematical at best.
Hi Patrick, are you using a Custom Domain URL? If so, customer URL domains do not support authentication through the Okta browser plugin for Secure Web Authentication. Please see the support article below for more details.

Am I using Custom Domain URL? Why would anyone who doesn't work at Okta even know what that means?
