  • Thank you Shamik for reaching out to Okta! The closest approach to your request will be using MFA for the application. Go to Applications - Your APP - Sign On tab - Add Rule. Create one rule that Denies access when user is not in Zone and another that allows access if user is in zone and enable as well "Prompt for reauthentication" checkbox (this should be your top rule).

Hi, Victor/Shamik. I tried this but when users access the applciation URL directly (not using the chiclet on the Okta DAshboard page) then they can acces the application regardless - no 2FA is enforced. 2FA is only enforced when the user accesses the app from the chiclet. Any ideas?
