Can you only use "Text Message" or "Email" for forgot password or unlock account?

When using the "Forgot Password" or "Unlock Account" options under the Okta sign on the only two options that come up for MFA are email and text message. I have enabled both Google Authenticator and the Okta Verify App. Can you use those instead of email or text message? I haven't found any settigns that allows you to enable those options for the aforementioned links.

 

I also have Okta Verify App configured for my account, but can't use it for resetting my password or unlocking my account.
