While you can suppress these notifications in the Profile Settings interface, that might not be the right solution, depending on the cause. During the timeframe between the disconnection and connection alert, does the agent still work? Is it a false positive or is the agent really disconnected? Are the alerts happening in the middle of the night? Maybe the server hosting the agent is going to sleep due to lack of activity. Thanks,EricWe've been getting these disconnect emails as well. Almost always, the reconnect email comes in within one minute of the disconnect email. Our agent servers are Windows 2016, and there are multiple DCs available to connect to. I've looked through the logs, but nothing stands out as being a cause. Is anyone else experiencing this?

We have the same issue. Experienced this since the day we installed Okta 18 months ago. Okta Support investigated for weeks, but found no issue with the Okta service, they believed it is caused by an 'environmental' issue within our datacentres. We have multiple AD forests connected to Okta and receive over 100 emails everyday regarding disconnects and reconnects usually within a minute of each other.
I do not believe this to be an environmental issue as support stated, especially seeing the support forums have multiple entries for people having the same issue. If anybody has resolved this, i would be grateful to know the resolution.
