Could API be used to levareged with Google G-Suite user provisioning?

Hello, I think you can create users in G Suite with API's but you have to use the end point from Google not OKTA. The documentation that you provide is for OKTA. For example if you use Postman, you have to make the setup with Google to create users in G Suite.
