The Mobile App Store is an internal service and does not have a public URL. What is your use case?

If so how does Okta Mobile App interacts with Okta Mobile App Store?
trying to determine which URL’s are required to whitelist for mobile clients through proxy.

Understood. Apps in the Mobile App Store are uploaded by Okta admins and are distributed privately to the org through Okta Mobility Management. Whitelisting should not be necessary.
