Is there a way to set Sign-On Policies for specific Office 365 applications?
We would like to open access to Microsoft Teams while Off Network on mobile devices, but we would like to keep SharePoint locked down to On Network access only.  With Office 365, is it an all or nothing Sign-On Policy that needs to be created?  Or is there a way to target a specific application within Office 365 to customize Sign-On restrictions?

    Hi Caleb,

    Welcome to Okta Support !

The Sign-on Policy can be created for the Office 365 Suite but not for the individual applciations offered within it.

Anyway if you look in our OAN you can see that there is a separated Sharepoint Application that can be assigned and for this one you can set a different sign-on policy.

    Thank you,

  • Although you can distinguish somewhat between Desktop clients such as Outlook and ACtiveSync mobile clients versus browser access - if this is of interest - please check out Okta's O365 'Client access policy' enhancement
