    Hi Deb,

You could use the API to do this:  http://developer.okta.com/docs/api/resources/users#activate-user

Just use the "sendEmail" query parameter with a "false" value. You should try this out with a user first though to make sure their profile is complete within Okta. Depending on how your environment is setup, Okta may need some information to be set during the activation process (gathered from the user via the email link), such as an account picture, recovery questions, etc.

    Hope that helps,

    Wils

    Deb -

Are these users that were previously in AD (and Okta), and were deactivated in AD (and thus, deactivated in Okta)?
  • ddcj1 (ddcj1)

Yes these were active users that left or were on medical leave and now are back.  I did find a thread stating that some change needed to be made to our org.

    Thanks
