We want to use MFA for the Outlook Mobile app for IOS and Android - but we are only being prompted on new app installs or new account setup.
users that already have the app installed and setup before enabling in Okta are never prompted for MFA. Is there any way around this ? Resetting al user sessions has no effect as well.

    Hi Rterry,

     

    are the device enrolled in the OMM? and with which provider do you want to enforce MFA? google or Office, they can have different setup requirements.

     

    If the devices would be enrolled with OMM, you could request to manage the outlook app better than user managed outlook apps.

    devices are not enrolled in OMM - also this is for Office 365. If the devices are in OMM - can this be done? I assume no way otherwise.
