Outlook for iOS
Can Okta EMM configure the Outlook for iOS app if using O365, federated with Okta? Can it also perform a slective wipe of the just the corporate email data? Thanks.
- Wils (Okta, Inc.)Hi Jeff, Thanks for asking! Unfortunately OMM (Okta Mobility Management) cannot configure the Outlook for iOS app because Microsoft uses proprietary APIs for the configuration. However, we can configure the native iOS Mail app to work with federated O365 to deliver an experience that users are used to. Further, we do wipe just the corporate apps and data when the device is unenrolled from OMM including just the corporate mailbox in the native iOS Mail app. Hope that helps,WilsExpand Post
