Is it possible to disconnect an AD mastered account from active directory using OKTA APIs?

Hi James; has this been made avalible? For example if I want to have users in one group be AD mastered, and users in another group okta mastered; and simply move people between the groups to manage this. Is this possible? Many thanks, Michael
