kwv3b (kwv3b) asked a question.

We've added additional OU's in AD - is there anything I can do to force a refresh so I can see the new OUs in Directory Settings

  • Hi Michael

Absolutely, if you go to Directory -> Directory Integrations -> Active Directory -> Import - and run a "Full" import, you should see the newly created OU in Okta.
    Selected as Best

Thanks for the reply Darron.  I performed a Full Import but still did not see the new OUs when going back into Settings but when I closed out of the Domain and went back to Directory Integrations and then back to the Domain I was able to see the new OUs.  Thanks again.

In case Import is disabled and JIT provisioning is enabled, how would import work then ?
