Is there a way to define custom filters in "People" view under "Directory"
Is there a way to define custom filters in "People" view under "Directory" or search based on regex. Looks like the search function only works on exact match and does not accept *.

Also, need to export the results from the search into .csv file.

Thanks,

  • Hey Alex,

Unfortunately there is no wildcard available for seaching on the People Tab, and at current, there is no method of creating a Custom Filter. That does sound like a nice Enhancement Request, and I could se that being upvoted on the community Ideas page, because it could be useful for a number of reasons.

If you are looking for a CSV export of this data, you might also have a look at the Reports tab, as the Okta Password Health report has a good bit of User Account information that can be exported from the system.

There is also the API, which can be usefuly to export reporting data from Okta using the Users and Groups Endpoints.

    Hopefully thisa will help!

Hello, Okta, this is a very good idea, I'll open a feature request for it too!
