Can't get my secret code or push notification
I have already setup my okta verify on another phone. I am trying to login to my email from home and cant get past the verify screen. I dont have the account on my phone anymore to get the code or secret key. Is there anyway to reset my okta verify.

  • End-users can reset MFA by logging into the Okta org and navigating to their individual Settings page, then click the "Edit Profile" button (authenticate if required), and then locate the "Extra Verification" box and click the "Reset" button next to "Okta Verify Mobile App".  (The button will say "Setup" if Okta Verify is not currently configured.)

     

    If MFA is required to login to the org, thus making it inaccessible by the end-user to perform the above actions, then an Okta admin will be needed to reset MFA.  This can be done by logging into the Okta admin console, navigate to Directory > People, locate the user and click on them to bring up their account, then click the "More Actions" button and select "Reset Multifactor" from the dropdown menu.
