Okta Workflows is a no-code automation platform for automating identity-based IT processes without writing code.

This Knowledge Base (KB) article has two parts:

Getting Started

Start here for an introduction to Okta Workflows.

1. 💻 Access. Obtain an Okta tenant with Workflows enabled if one is not already available. There are two (and free) options:
   • The Okta Platform trial: Test Workflows alongside capabilities such as Single Sign-On and Adaptive MFA. This is a 30-day trial.
   • The Okta Integrator Free Plan: For developers or those seeking long-term Workflow exploration without a 30-day limit.
2. 📘 Introduction. Upon gaining access to Workflows, read Introduction to Okta Workflows before starting any build.
3. 🛠️ Tutorials. Complete the following tutorials:
   • Notify When A User Is Suspended.
   • Import Users from Google Sheets and Create Users in Okta.
   • Notify When a User is Added to a Group (with Event Hook filtering).
4. 📺 Videos. Watch Getting Started with Okta Workflows Videos. These videos cover Okta Workflows fundamentals.
