October Okta Community Shoutout: Top Contributors Solving Workflows and MFA
Christina.J

Welcome to the October edition of the Okta Community Member Shoutout Series! We're so excited to recognize and celebrate the top three Okta Community members who make a real difference by sharing their expertise, knowledge, and best practices with their peers in the questions forum, discussion groups, and more.

So, without further ado, meet our leaders:

🌟Kathy Tullio: Customer: Anthropic Identity

Kathy is a standout community member who demonstrates her knowledge by helping out peers—she’s answered 50 questions from like-minded users in the community! This month, Kathy raised a critical policy question concerning the implementation of Okta Workflows, seeking clarity on whether a user can run a workflow for an Okta org that does not have workflows enabled. This question was solved by a Community Engineer, benefiting users facing similar implementation choices. Kathy, thank you for your continuous support in keeping our community thriving!

🌟Chris Rich: Customer

Chris is actively engaged, driving solutions by asking relevant troubleshooting questions. He wanted to learn more about a persistent error, asking why Okta Verify on iOS keeps having a DNS Settings error. This type of focused question helps others troubleshoot issues with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on their mobile devices, ensuring smoother log-in experiences for the entire user base. We appreciate your curiosity and expertise!

🌟Avery Grey: Customer

Avery contributed a highly technical "how-to" question that directly impacts development efficiency in Okta Workflows, and specifically inquired about: How do I convert a CSV string from an API to an object in Workflows? This question earned a Kudos, which helps other admins needing to parse complex data within their flows. Keep the questions coming, Avery!

Their contributions help create a collaborative and supportive community. We appreciate your contributions and look forward to more of your insights and questions. Keep up the great work!

Stay tuned next month for more shoutouts and highlights.
