At Okta, the Ideas program is a highly-valued initiative for customers and partners to shape our Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity Solution product roadmaps. By sharing feedback, requesting features, and submitting new Ideas, you have the power to directly influence our product development and innovation investments. Many teams across Okta — from Support and Community, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, to Product and Engineering — work together to ensure your Ideas get the attention they deserve.

 

Let’s take a look at the lifecycle of the Okta Ideas program and highlight how your contributions bring new features to life. Here’s how we collaborate to turn your feedback into features:

 

Customer-Influenced Ideas

We’re excited to highlight many of the top Ideas that influenced Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity Solution product roadmaps this year. Thanks to YOU, our valued customers and partners, these feature requests were selected to be developed and have now been released. These innovations were inspired by your Okta Ideas submissions and are now implemented across multiple product areas.

A Quick Reminder: How to Submit an Idea

If you have an Idea you would like to submit, it's easy to get started! Simply navigate to Okta Ideas from the Community drop-down menu on the Okta Help Center. Click “Make a Suggestion” and fill out the submission form.

Remember, you’ll need to authenticate into the Okta Help Center and enable MFA to submit your feature request or feedback. For Federal customers who have migrated to the new GovCloud Help Center, you can still participate in Okta Ideas by self-registering for a free Okta Digital Experience Account.
