The Okta Community Ask Me Anything (AMA) with the Workflows Product and Support Team was packed with intriguing questions, insights, and discussions about how our community member base uses Workflows and what they are most excited about. In case you missed it, here’s a recap of our key highlights and takeaways. Here’s what we’ve covered:


  • There is excitement from customers about new Workflows product features currently on the Okta product roadmap, such as:
    • Role-based access control systems (RBAC)
    • Copy/paste functionality

    • UI/UX enhancements
    • …and more!
