Solution
How is the Workplace by Facebook push group error resolved?
Validate the user account status and application assignment, ensure successful provisioning, and retry the group push by following these steps.
- Verify that the pushed user is active in Okta, assigned to the application, part of the Okta pushed group, and provisioned and active on the application side.
- Validate that the user has an active account on the Workplace side, the user account was not updated or changed on the Workplace side, and the user is provisioned successfully to Workplace.
- Ensure the user's Username on the application assignment in Okta matches the value in the Workplace application.
- Navigate to the Okta Admin Console.
- Go to Applications > Applications > Workplace by Facebook > Push Groups.
- Attempt the group push again.
