Overview
iOS devices behave differently when accessing the Okta Dashboard and verifying using Okta Verify Number Challenge.

Cause
The behavior is different for both types of devices.
Solution
When accessing the Okta dashboard on mobile devices (Android and iOS) with the Okta Verify number challenge, the user needs to switch between apps (mobile web browser and Okta Verify) to complete the number challenge on a single device.
- iOS devices will prompt the Numbers Challenge. After the application (Okta Verify) is opened and the Number Challenge is completed, the application will display a banner informing that the challenge was successfully completed.
- On Android devices, after the challenge is completed, get redirected back to the browser and a confirmation will be given.
This applies only when trying to reach Okta Dashboard from a mobile device Browser.
