Overview
Import is not updating a user's values for certain attributes on the application profile. Under the field for values, these attributes display an Override or Reset button.

Cause
The attributes on a user's application profile have a property that determines the source of that attribute's value.
- If a value is imported for example, the source property of the attribute will indicate that. This property is hidden though.
- If an attribute's value on the user's application profile is modified manually or by using an API call, the source of the attribute is set to "manual", and therefore, imports will not be able to modify it, nor will an update that would come through mappings.
Solution
- If an attribute is overwritten manually or using API, a button will appear under the attribute's field, allowing the source to be reset.
- Then, the next import or update from the mappings will fill in the attribute's field.
