Unable to load the Okta profile
This is likely due to a deactivated or deleted directory that was incorrectly offboarded by Okta. To resolve this, please open a support case.

The administrator does not have the required permissions to access the Profile Editor.
To manage the Profile Editor, an administrator must have one of the following roles:
- Super Administrator
- Organization Administrator
NOTE: The text of the error message is misleading; the issue is related to administrator permissions, not a deactivated directory.
