Overview
This article explains why the feature in Admin Dashboard > Customizations > End-User Dashboard layout may not allow admins to create additional End-User Dashboard Layouts.

Cause
Currently, the End-User Dashboard Layouts have a hard limit of 4 custom layouts.
Solution
Reducing the number of Custom End-User Dashboard Layouts will enable the creation of a new layout.
