Overview
Administrators cannot create additional End-User Dashboard layouts in the Admin Console when Okta reaches the maximum limit of four custom layouts. When attempting to add a new layout under the Customizations menu, the option to create an additional layout remains unavailable. Deleting an existing custom layout allows the creation of a new one.

Cause
Okta enforces a hard limit of four custom End-User Dashboard layouts. The following image demonstrates the interface when Okta enforces the maximum limit of four custom layouts.
Solution
How do administrators create a new End-User Dashboard layout when Okta reaches the limit?
Navigate to the End-User Dashboard layout settings in the Admin Console and delete an existing custom layout to enable the creation of a new one.
- Navigate to Customizations > End-User Dashboard layout in the Admin Console.
- Delete an existing custom layout to reduce the total number below four.
- Create the new layout.
