Overview
When enabling the UltiPro provisioning connector, the following error is seen in the Okta dashboard:
Verification failed: User attribute [EepPersonID] used for externalId is not found in app schema

Cause
EepPersonID is a required field for integration with Okta, and it must be included in all UltiPro reports used in the integration. This is one of the prerequisites for integrating UltiPro with Okta.
This error is caused by the EepPersonID field not being included in all UltiPro reports used in the integration.
Solution
- EepPersonID is a required field for integration with Okta. Please work with the UltiPro Admin to include the EepPersonID field in all UltiPro reports used in the integration.
- Once the EepPersonID field is included in all UltiPro reports used in the integration, go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > UltiPro > Provisioning > Integration > click the Edit button.
- Verify that all the fields are correct and click the Test API Credentials button to test the API integration.
- Verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.
- If the issue still persists, please contact UltiPro support for more details and steps on how to resolve this error.
