Overview
Snowflake push group by rule fails with the following error:
A Group Push mapping did not get created from rule <rule> to UserGroup <UserGroup> since the push group by rule failed because the creation of a duplicate group is not supported.

Cause
As stated in the Okta system log error message, the group already exists in the Snowflake application, and creating a duplicate group is not supported.
Solution
This is expected behavior. When a group already exists in an application, pushing by rule fails because creating a duplicate group is not supported. If pushing an existing group is desired, manually link the group instead of using the push group by rule.
