Solution
How is the ShareFile provisioning error resolved?
Re-authenticate the ShareFile API connection in the Okta Admin Console and retry the failed provisioning task.
- Navigate to Applications > Applications > ShareFile > Provisioning > Integration in the Okta Admin Console.
- Click Edit.
- Enter a valid ShareFile OAuth Consumer Key and OAuth Consumer Secret.
- Click Re-authenticate with ShareFile.
- Enter the account subdomain.
- Enter the ShareFile admin account credentials, including the admin email and password.
- Click Sign In. A message confirming successful authentication appears on the Provisioning page in Okta.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks.
- Identify the failed task for the user and click Retry Selected.
- Navigate to Applications > Applications > ShareFile > Assignments.
- Search for the user and click the pencil icon.
- Verify that Okta assigned the External ID to the user in the App user profile window.
- Verify that ShareFile successfully created the user in the ShareFile application.
