ShareFile provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app ShareFile failed: Error creating authenticated session to app The credentials used to connect to the API were invalid; please check your configuration

Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > ShareFile > Provisioning > Integration > click the Edit button.

Enter a valid ShareFile OAuth Consumer Key and OAuth Consumer Secret. Click Re-authenticate with ShareFile.

To continue, enter the account's subdomain. For example, if the account's URL is "mycompany.sharefile.com", enter "mycompany".

Enter ShareFile Amin account credentials:

- Enter admin email.
- Enter the admin password.
- Click the Sign In button.

Back on the Provisioning page in Okta, a message confirming successful authentication will appear. Click Save.

Afterward, attempt the user provisioning again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.

After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
