Overview

Okta does not currently support selecting specific emails to send to secondary email addresses. Okta sends all emails to the primary email address. When a secondary email address exists, Okta also sends authentication and recovery emails to it.

Is it possible to select which emails Okta sends to secondary email addresses?

Okta does not currently offer this feature, and there are no plans to add it. Okta sends all emails to the primary email address. When a secondary email address exists, Okta also sends authentication and recovery emails to it.
