Overview

This article addresses an error that occurs when pushing attributes from SailPoint to Okta.

Cause

The API validation error occurs because the variable name of the affected attribute in Okta must match the attribute name on the SailPoint side verbatim. This comparison is case sensitive.

Solution

To resolve the error, correct the appropriate attribute name on the SailPoint side to match the attribute variable expected by Okta. The specific attribute is detailed in the error message.
