When trying to enroll a new account on a mobile device, is possible to run into the error:
Something went wrong. Please try again, API validation failed deviceSignals[displayName]

This error shows that Okta Verify has troubles with the phone's name. Check the device's name and verify that it is in English characters and has no symbols.
To resolve this:
- Go to Device Settings.
- Tap About Phone.
- Near the top is the current device display name.
- If there are special characters or non-English characters, please change them and try the enrollment again.
- If the error still persists, please submit an Okta Support ticket and attach the Okta Verify logs.
