This error is seen when using an email that is already associated with an integrator account.

Please check and try out one of the recommendations below:

• Search in email, including spam, for a message with the title "Activate your Okta Integrator free plan".
• Try signing up using Plus Addressing. 
  • desired.name@company.tld can usually receive mail addressed to desired.name+anything@company.tld. These addresses are treated as different by the sign-up form.
