Solution
Okta Verify FastPass does not have the capability to perform biometric verification. It leverages Windows Hello for Windows devices and Touch ID for macOS devices.
Any third-party devices, such as a USB fingerprint reader/web camera, or the macOS Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, must be supported by the respective application.
