Overview
Okta generates an error when an administrator sets up the Microsoft Entra ID External Authentication Methods (EAM) application from the Okta Integration Network (OIN) catalog because the Okta organization lacks the required feature flag. Open a support case to enable the functionality. Okta displays the following error during the application setup process:

Cause
The Okta organization does not have the Microsoft External Authentication Method feature enabled.
