Overview
Syslog shows the Okta Authenticator application instance using OpenID Connect (OIDC), but the application does not appear in the application list.

Solution
- The Okta Authenticator is not a standard application. (1st party app)
- Okta uses this system-level component during authentication and enrollment flows (for example, when enrolling in FastPass or Okta Verify).
- Because the component is part of the Okta Identity Engine (OIE) core authentication process, it does not appear in the Applications list in the Admin Console and cannot be directly modified.
