Overview
This article clarifies whether there is any way to import or migrate the MFA codes from other providers to Okta Verify.

Solution
There is no way to import codes from other providers into Okta Verify as this would render the purpose of the other provider useless since it exists to protect the user's identity.
Users will need to reset the MFA for any app they wish to use with Okta Verify and then re-add their accounts.
