This article details how to get a report on the number of telephony SMS or Voice messages sent through the Okta environment.

To generate the report:
- In the Admin Console, go to Reports > Reports.
- In the Telephony section, click Usage Report.
- Enter an event period to filter the report. Okta retains events for 90 days, so the earliest available date range is 3 months prior.
- Okta recommends applying only one event period filter to the report.
- Optional: Specify a telephony type (Voice or SMS) to filter the report.
- For a detailed comma-separated file (CSV) of the report, click Export CSV.
