Overview
Customer is attempting to use Kion OIN application but the destination URL is not configurable.

Cause
Many OIN Catalogue applications have preconfigured URLs that cannot be modified. The Kion app integration is one of the apps that have preconfigured URLs that cannot be modified.
Solution
This can be resolved by creating a custom SAML application using the Application Integration Wizard as described in Create SAML app integrations doc.
Custom SAML applications provide more flexibility, including allowing the Destination URL to be defined.
