This article clarifies if it is possible to send Okta Admin notifications to secondary email addresses.

Solution

Due to security reasons, Okta Admin notifications will only be sent to the primary email of the Admins. There are currently no options to send these notifications to the secondary email. To make a feature request please see the related references below.
