Overview
This article outlines if there is a way to increase the timeout duration for the "Evaluation of sign-on policy" event.
Currently, end-users have 5 minutes to enter the MFA One Time Password (OTP) code.

Solution
The Google Authenticator OTP challenge timeout is hard-coded, therefore this value can not be changed.
