Importing users from an application fails with an error:
FAILURE: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out.

This error is caused by a disruption to connectivity between Okta and the service provider endpoint.
If the error message appears, please ensure that Admins are able to contact the endpoint. If the error continues to appear after making some configuration changes, please review the application settings and/or contact the application's support team.
