Overview
UltiPro import fails with the following error:
An error occurred during import
Error while downloading all users:Unable to download report from UltiPro

Cause
This can be caused by multiple reason, but usually it would be an interruption in the credentials used for provisioning to the application.
Solution

Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > UltiPro > Provisioning > Integration > Click Edit button.

Verify that all the fields are correct and click the Test API Credentials button to test the API integration.

Verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.

Attempt the import again.
