This article will discuss the steps required to temporarily disable group push mapping either individually or in bulk from the Office 365 app, without having to disable the MS Office 365 Provisioning API integration entirely.

To temporarily disable an individual Group Push Mapping from the Office 365 app:

1. Have an Okta Super Admin log in to the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > MS Office 365 application > Push Group > All tab. 
2. Locate the individual target group push mapping that needs to be temporarily disabled.
3. The group push mapping should now be displayed as Inactive status, but keep the pre-existing group memberships in the target app group. 

To temporarily disable all/multiple Group push Mappings in bulk from the Office 365 app:

1. Have an Okta Super Admin log in to the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > MS Office 365 application > Push Group > All tab. 
2. Click on the Bulk Edit button. 
3. Click the Check All checkbox to select all Push Group Mapping with an Active status. Alternatively, click on multiple checkboxes associated with the active group push mapping that needs to be disabled.
4. Once all group push mappings intended for deactivation are selected, click the Deactivate button.
5. All selected group push mapping should now be displayed as Inactive status, but the pre-existing group memberships should be kept in the target app group.
