Administrators can configure the email audience in the Okta Admin Console to specify whether emails are sent to administrators, all users, or disabled entirely. How is the email audience configured in Okta?
To configure the email audience, navigate to the Brands menu in the Okta Admin Console, select the desired email template, and edit the audience settings.
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Customization and select Brands.
- Select the desired brand to modify and click the Emails tab.
- Choose the email template that requires an audience modification.
- Click Edit next to Audience near the top of the page.
- Choose the appropriate audience option for the email in the resulting pop-up window.
