Overview
This article provides steps to re-authenticate the Application Programming Interface (API) credentials for an Okta Integration Network (OIN) application integration. This process, also known as refreshing the application connector, is necessary to re-establish the secure link between systems when the connection expires or requires a new handshake, which can fix provisioning issues.

Solution
Follow the steps for the type of application integration that has been configured. Here are a few examples:
Example 1
- Navigate to Provisioning > Integration.
- Click Edit.
- Click Test API Credentials.
- After the confirmation message "[App name] was verified successfully!" is displayed, click Save.
Example 2
- Navigate to Provisioning > Integration.
- Click Edit.
- Click Re-authenticate with Microsoft Account.
- Follow the prompts to complete the re-authentication process.
- Click Save.
