Overview
Okta only distributes Okta Verify as an .exe, OktaVerifySetup--x.x.x.x-yyyyyyy.exe. However, some users may need a .msi for other reasons.
Applies To
- Okta Verify for Windows
- Versions 4.0 and later
Solution
- Install Okta Verify on the test system.
- Use regedit to look at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\. - Search for Okta.
- Get the path to the msi from installsource once found the Okta GUID.
- The
OktaVerify-x64.msishould be in that path folder.
